Once you have decided the dates you wish to stay, contact us, via phone UK 01 287 633 147 (we have an answer phone when we are not available) or send an eMail to ik@iankinghorn.plus.com

We will check the availability and send you a 'Booking Form', either by mail or eMail.

You then need to book your flights

Fill in the booking form and return to us together with a deposit of 25%, or the full payment if booking within 10 weeks of departure.

We will confirm the booking and send a receipt, together with the date the final balance is to be paid.

Approximately 4 weeks before departure, we will despatch the final vacation pack.
